Automated Tracking Status Emails

The XPOTRAX system can send you and any additional contacts you wish an e-mail and/or a text message indicating the status of your shipment at different points in transit.

You may either choose to be notified with proof of delivery information only, which includes the name, date, and time the shipment delivered or be notified for each transit level along the way.

Ask your account executive to activate this feature for you. The email status messages sent are in HTML format so your e-mail client must be set up to accept messages of this type.

The following status messages can be sent:

• PDS - Pick Up dispatched for today
• PKD - Freight confirmed picked up
• FIT - Freight In Transit
• FAD - Freight At Destination Airport Terminal
• OFD - Out for delivery
• POD - Proof of Delivery information, name/date/time received by consignee
